Meet the Team

William "Billy" Kimbrell, APRN and Jamie Kimbrell
EliteRx Founders
Over 15 years ago, Billy & Jamie met at Escambia County EMS. Since their meeting, they have been serving our incredible community, PHYSICALLY saving countless lives together.
Billy & Jamie have been happily married for over 12 years (and counting). They have two beautiful, smart, and talented children.
Billy has worked as an EMT/Paramedic in both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties since the year 2000. He has also worked as a critical care flight Nurse/Paramedic on the EMS helicopter since 2014. He grew up in the Pace/Milton area and attended Pace High School. He is also an alumni of PSC, UWF, and Loyola University New Orleans.
Jamie has been an EMT since 2007 and proudly served over 13 years in various assigned clinical and administrative roles across multiple departments under the Escambia County Board of Commissioners. She grew up in the northern Pensacola area, graduating from Tate High School as well as earning her bachelors of science degree from UWF. Near the end of 2020, she made the difficult decision to leave ECEMS/Public Safety to begin working on their combined dream of giving back to the community by means of sharing their passion, knowledge, and experience in health and wellness.
At the end of 2021, Billy and Jamie opened EliteRx, a family medicine clinic that provides patient-centered health care, education, and fitness resources with the goal of tailoring individualized health plans that fit each patient’s unique medical, lifestyle, and budgetary needs to maximize feasibility and compliance.
With an additional degree in exercise science, Billy optimizes his clinical weight loss and concierge bioidentical hormone replacement treatment (BHRT) plans by incorporating one-on-one training and dietary coaching in addition to conducting ongoing clinical assessments and in-depth monitoring of lab work.
Billy's passion for truly understanding the science behind hormones drove him to offer a concierge monthly membership that includes unlimited appointments (HRT, primary care, acute care, specialty, etc.), supplies if needed, the prescription and even cover the cost of the medication in many cases.
EliteRx is committed to YOU - optimizing your health and wellness so you can Live Your ELITE Life!

Jessica Rodriguez, APRN
EliteRx Provider since March 2023
Jessica is a military spouse, mom of three busy boys, and Pensacola native. She earned her Master's in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2022, after receiving Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida in 2015.
Throughout her nursing journey, her primary focus has always been to serve her patients with the utmost care and respect. While she has explored various specialties, she finds the most joy in clinical settings where she can directly connect with people.
Jessica joined EliteRx in 2023, after admiring Billy's vision of how he wanted to serve our community: prioritizing personalized care over numbers and insurance constraints. It's about enhancing your well-being, not just fitting into predetermined metrics.
"My favorite aspect of working at EliteRx is supporting our weight loss patients on their journeys, witnessing their progress, and watching their lives change for the better. I so look forward to meeting you and helping you through whatever you may need!"
