EliteRx is a direct-pay primary care practice. That means preventive care, chronic condition management, acute and sick visits, medication management, and laboratory evaluation, all delivered by the same providers who actually know your history.

Because we are direct-pay, appointments are not squeezed to fit a billing code. There is time to look at the whole picture, explain it plainly, and build a plan you understand before you leave. When your health calls for hormone care, weight management, or other services, they happen inside that same relationship, not as a separate transaction.

Founders

Billy & Jamie Kimbrell

William "Billy" Kimbrell, APRN

Billy and Jamie met at Escambia County EMS over fifteen years ago and have spent their careers physically saving lives across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Billy has been an EMT and paramedic since 2000 and a critical-care flight nurse on the EMS helicopter since 2014. Jamie served thirteen years with the county before leaving to build their shared dream.

At the end of 2021 they opened EliteRx as a family medicine clinic. Billy's additional degree in exercise science is why there is a weight room inside the clinic: he pairs clinical weight loss and concierge hormone therapy with one-on-one training, dietary coaching, and ongoing lab work.

Jessica Rodriguez

APRN

Pensacola native, military spouse, and mom of three boys. She earned her BSN at the University of West Florida in 2015 and her Master's in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati in 2022, and she specializes in diabetes management alongside primary and weight-loss care.

Brian Herbert

PA-C

A retired Army Physician Assistant with twenty-six years of service, including fourteen in the 75th Ranger Regiment and five deployments. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, he has practiced as a PA since 2011, most recently supporting special operations with the 7th Special Forces Group.

Since retiring he has specialized in hormone therapy, performance medicine, and orthopedic trauma, treating every patient as a chance to improve a life.

A nurse practitioner with more than twenty years across the ED, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, and ambulatory surgery, plus leadership roles including Director of Nursing. He focuses on preventive health, hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, metabolic health, and medically supervised weight loss, with an emergency-medicine perspective on proactive, long-term care.

No. EliteRx is not affiliated with any insurance company. Most credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and payment is due in full at the time of service. The upside is simple: your provider decides your care, not a claims department.

Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The clinic is closed Friday through Sunday. You can call or text any time and the team will respond during office hours.

Yes. Before an initial hormone-related appointment, your lab order can be placed through Fullscript and drawn at Quest so your provider has complete results in hand for your first in-office consult. It means your first visit is a real conversation about your numbers instead of a waiting game.

Yes. There is a full weightlifting and fitness area inside the building. It is used alongside weight loss, hormone and primary care services for one-on-one coaching and training, including for people who have never touched a barbell.

No. EliteRx offers a concierge monthly membership as well as non-membership and pay-per-service treatment options. Your provider will walk through which structure fits your care plan.
